One member and event platform for a chartered accountants' chapter in Australia
The Sydney Chapter of ICAI serves 500+ members with 90+ CPD events and 40+ social events a year. Registration, attendance, payments and social media still leaned on manual effort. We are rebuilding the member app, website and committee admin on one platform hosted in Australia, starting with QR attendance for the Diwali Gala.

A volunteer-run committee needed a platform that members trust with their details and that runs events without extra admin. Member data had to stay in Australia, and the chapter had to own the code and the app listings.

Separate committee logins with an audit log, and AI-drafted social posts approved before publishing
