Why it had to change
AbhiTech did not need more reports. They needed the reports to be trustworthy and immediate. Leadership was making decisions off numbers that were, by the time they arrived in a meeting, already a week old, and nobody could interrogate them without going back to the person who compiled them.

How it went live
Built vertical by vertical rather than as one big-bang cutover. Each vertical's existing trackers were imported and validated with that team before the next one started, so at no point was anyone asked to trust a system they had not seen their own data in.
